Can I bring a Florida wrongful death action if the deceased never held a job?

You do have the right to bring a Florida wrongful death action if the diseased did not hold a job, and that is of course assuming that you’re one of the survivors under Florida statue of that diseased. So in the case of someone causing injury which ultimately leads to the death of another, and you are a survivor of that decedent, you do have the right to file a claim for the pain and suffering that you’ve gone through as a result of the death of that person, regardless of whether or not they actually have income, a job, or have ever had income.
