I am a Human Resources (HR) Professional currently working at Donaldson & Weston as the HR Manager. I started my career in HR in 2013 and have enjoyed every area of it since then. My role as the HR Manager is to work closely with the leaders of the organization to create and continue to build upon policies and procedures that will prove beneficial to the firm and our employees.

Some of my responsibilities include recruiting, employee relations, and many other project based duties. There are also other daily administrative responsibilities that are an integral part of the HR role, which makes it ever-changing.

What I enjoy the most about Donaldson & Weston are the amazing people that I work with. They are caring, hard-working, and FUN! I am truly fortunate to work for such an awesome organization with spectacular leaders and a talented team.

I am originally from Long Island, NY and have been in Florida since 2011. I enjoy being on the water, watching the Florida sunrises and sunsets, and traveling.
