Should I take any photographs if I was injured in a slip and fall?

In Florida, if you’ve been injured in a slip and fall accident, it’s almost always a good idea to take photographs of the scene, and specifically of whatever caused you to fall. In the case of a liquid, or what’s legally known as a transitory foreign substance, a fancy way of saying something’s on the ground, and it can actually be moved. Assuming that item, or that substance is cleaned up after, it’d be very difficult to prove that it was there, unless you have witnesses, so it’s almost always a good idea to take a little, quick photo with your camera phone, then share that with an attorney, so you can get an opinion on your case, and make sure that you preserve all the evidence, to help his job, to prove your case down the road.
