If I am unhappy with my present car accident attorney, can I switch attorneys?

As a matter of public policy in the state of Florida, a client has the right to switch their attorney at any point during pre-litigation or the litigation proceedings. It’s just an issue of client comfort. If a client hires an attorney and they’re not happy with the results of the attorney or at any point in the proceedings, they have a right to switch attorneys, hire a new one, someone that they’re going to be more comfortable. So absolutely you do have the right to switch attorneys.
