If a person dies from a Florida bicycle accident, can a claim still be pursued?

If a person is involved in a bicycle accident, and they pass away as a result of that accident, then a claim still can be pursued. It would actually be pursued by the beneficiaries, or the survivors, of the person that died. They would have to open an estate, which is something that we can help out with, or any personal injury law firm can do.

They’d open up an estate, and then they would actually still file a claim just as if the person was still alive. The damages, however, would be different. The damages, instead of being for medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering, would be more for the pain and suffering of the survivors, as well as any loss of earning capacity or lost wages as a result of the accident.
