I lost control of my bicycle, crashed, and was seriously injured shortly after having the brakes repaired. Can I sue the repair shop?

In Florida, if you’re involved in an accident in which your bike was repaired and that repair caused the accident, then absolutely, you have the right to go after the repair shop. It’s always a good idea to hang on to any sort of receipts that you have for repairs, whether it’s your bicycle or your motor vehicle or car because if something happens and they repaired the bike or your car in a negligent manner, they could be held responsible if it causes a crash.
