Do I need to contact my insurance company about my Florida car accident?
If you’re involved in an automobile accident in the State of Florida, you are required to contact your insurance company immediately. In your insurance contract, you have a provision in there that says you have to cooperate with them, but one element of that is to notify them. Notify them immediately about the crash and so that way they can do their investigation and make sure that they provide you the coverage that you’re entitled to.
