Can I handle my Florida auto accident case without an attorney?

In Florida you absolutely have the right to handle a case on your own without an attorney. Typically those folks that do it on their own are called pro se litigants or pro se parties. However, I think it’s pretty well known that a victim who hires an attorney is more likely to have a higher result by hiring an attorney and using an expert in the field.
