As the Human Resources Representative at Donaldson & Weston I manage the full life cycle of all employees at the firm, serve as an advisor for HR related issues, create/ implement policies and procedures, support all of the departments with administrative, operational tasks and keep the Firm compliant with all labor laws and regulations.

What I enjoy most about working for Donaldson & Weston is having the opportunity to work alongside all of my coworkers. Everyone here is so dedicated at making a difference in the lives of our clients, it’s an honor to work with people that truly care about their community.

I was a History/Government Teacher in the state of Virginia near Washington DC for 5 years at the secondary level and decided to make a career change to Human Resources. I have practiced HR now for the last 4 years. I love fall leaves and everything autumn. I like hiking with my family and dog when the weather cools down here and going to the beach when the weather is warm. I like going to museums of all kinds and going to the gun range. I basically love doing anything where my family is involved. My favorite pastime is watching horror and thriller films, I belong to a group called psycho cinema that does just that. I also like reading horror, thriller, time loop novels and of course history books.
