Bianca Hampton

I am a Case Manager in the Social Security Disability Department. As a case manager my daily
responsibilities include ensuring medical treatment in our clients files is up to date, maintaining
consistent communication with our clients, and maintaining communication with the Social
Security Administration to keep our clients claims up to date. As a case manager I also work
directly with our advocates to prepare for hearings.

The most enjoyable part of my job is communicating with clients daily and providing them with
any assistance they need. I find it important to provide all our clients with the information they
need to provide them with a better understanding of what to expect throughout the duration of
their claim.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and reading.
