I am a case manager in the Social Security Disability Department. As a case manager, I work closely with the disability advocates to ensure that all claims are worked up efficiently and accurately. During the hearing stage, in order to prepare for the hearing, I am responsible for collecting and organizing medical records and submitting them in a timely manner. I am consistently in direct communication with the Social Security Administration. I maintain consistent communication with clients and am always there when they need someone to talk to. I know how physically and mentally draining this process could be for our clients, which is why I enjoy assisting and guiding them through it. My number one priority will always be to ensure that all of our clients are attended to with respect, patience, and empathy.
