Should I release my medical records to another driver’s insurance adjuster?

If you’ve been involved in a car crash, you have no requirement to release your medical bills and records to the other party’s insurance company. They may request a statement from you, a written, recorded statement, or to release your medical records or bills, but the truth is, because you have no contract with them, you have no duty to cooperate with them, and therefore you have no responsibility to give them your medical records.
